MYST is a thriving business community located in Kirkdale, less than ten minutes from Liverpool city centre. We help start-ups with business support/mentoring and office space ranging from small 1-person offices to 4-person offices, all based on a licence agreement with only one months notice required (either way) – so no penalties or tie ins. Our affordable office space solutions are aimed at people across the Liverpool City Region & Merseyside who want to start up their own business but are unsure of how to begin the process or who are looking to grow their business.

What’s included with office space at MYST?

All offices include:

  • own office, own office key – not shared
  • electricity and heating included
  • 24 hour access (via security fob system)
  • CCTV Security
  • free fast fibre broadband & WiFi (acceptable usage policy applies)
  • help with sourcing your office furniture (if required)
  • free on-site car parking (for one car per office – additional spaces on request)
  • access to our business advice, mentoring, workshops services
  • free use of our small meeting room

What do I need for an office at MYST?

  • be a UK resident and/or be eligible to work in the UK
  • be a sole trader registered with HMRC or a company registered at Companies House/Charities Commission
  • business MUST be less than 18 months old and preference is given to 18-35 year olds
  • business mail can be sent to the MYST address and can be collected/delivered to your office by the MYST Team
  • guarantee that no debt collectors, bailiffs or other parties will writing to/arriving at the above address looking to recover debts
  • arrange to be present for the collection of any large parcels/packages
