Although MYST offers our on-site and postal address businesses a service for regular post, parcel deliveries are NOT included and businesses must make their own arrangements in one of the following ways (options 1 & 2 are preferable)

1. Arrange Delivery of a Parcel to Your Home

  • this may be the safest way to ensure delivery

2. Arrange Delivery of a Parcel to a Collection Point

  • when ordering your item(s), simply select the Pick-up/Collection option at checkout
  • there are several Amazon, Evri and eBay collection points near the Kirkdale hub
  • Amazon Hub Locker/Counters: Go to https://www.amazon.co.uk/a/addresses/add and click on “Or find an Amazon pickup location near you”
  • Evri Pickup/Drop-off ParcelShops/Lockers: Go to https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop#/
  • eBay Collection Points: Search for a nearby store by entering a postcode at the eBay checkout

3. Arrange Delivery of a Parcel to Your Office at MYST

  • you MUST ensure that you will be available in the Kirkdale hub to take delivery
  • your delivery driver must know that they will need to call you so you can collect your from the main door
  • ensure that they are aware of how to get into MYST – our access/directions can be found here
  • MYST or LA Productions are NOT responsible for taking delivery of your parcel
